Terms of Service
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND THE DEVELOPER OF Zhengzhou Kailinde Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR RETAINING A PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN TEN (10) DAYS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE PRODUCT AND MUST DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY.
1. License
- You acknowledge that you have only a non-exclusive and limited right to use the object code version of the Products for non-commercial purposes within the validity period of the agreement.
- You may make a single copy of the Products in object code form for archival or backup purposes.
- You must include all Notices on all copies of the Products.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products or attempt to gain access to the source code, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not assign or transfer the Products or any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the developer.
- Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate if you breach any material obligations. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Products immediately.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Infringement Indemnity
The developer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or licensors shall not be liable for any claims arising from:
- Willful or negligent acts by anyone other than the Products provider.
- The combination, operation, or use of the Products with any equipment, devices, or software not provided by the developer.
- Changes or modifications to the Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this section states the entire liability of the developer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensors, as well as your sole remedy for any infringement claims.
3. Limited Warranty
The developer does not represent or warrant that the Products will operate uninterrupted or error-free, especially in the following cases:
- Unauthorized modification or changes to the Products.
- Accidents, negligence, misuse, or abuse.
- Exposure to environmental, power, or operating conditions outside the specifications provided by the developer.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms:
- The developer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or licensors make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited to those contained in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all other warranties.
5. User Judgment
- Some functions of the Products may cause certain programs, functions, or files to be stopped, deleted, or uninstalled.
- Before using the Products, you should carefully read the instructions to determine whether they are suitable for your purposes, needs, and safety requirements.
- Once you install the Product and/or perform any operation, you take full responsibility for its use.
- We provide a Privacy Policy as an integral part of this agreement, which you must read and agree to before installing and using the Product.
6. Copyright Policy
- No end user may use the Products to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other proprietary rights.
- If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content infringes on your copyright, you may file a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing us with:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner or agent of the allegedly infringing exclusive right.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
7. Disclaimer
This product is "not suitable for teenagers" as some advertisements may contain broad or inappropriate content.
